FPW: Who are your main customers?SM: Main customers are Buyers and Sellers.
FPW: What purpose do your folders generally serve? Is it for marketing/selling? If so, What problems or challenges in marketing, selling do the folders solve for you?SM: The presentation folders are used for marketing purposes. It helps to create a more elevated look for our company when presenting to our clients.
FPW: When do you hand them out?SM: Agents purchase them from us and will hand them out to clients during a listing presentation.
FPW: What items do you put inside the pockets?SM: Agents usually will put listing materials in the pockets – home comparables, flyers, brochures, etc. We also utilize the business card slots.
FPW: Have the folders proven to be effective? Does it work?SM: Yes, the folders give us a professional look and keeps all our materials in one spot.
FPW: We are really impressed by the design of your folders, could you please tell us about about the approach you took in its creation.SM: The folder design is a hybrid of a Century 21 corporate design with a few changes by us. Century 21 corporate has a similar inside design that we used. The outside of the folder was designed by us. I don’t see many other companies using the inside of the folder to continue marketing their brand beyond a company logo on the inside pocket. We really liked how Century 21 used the inside portion of the folder to continue their brand messaging. Because the inside of the folder is more busy, we wanted a clean, minimalist approach to the front because really it’s what inside the folder that we want our clients focused on.
FPW: Why the uncoventional business card slits?SM: It was incredibly important for us to have the ability to include both vertical and horizontal business cards. As we continue to elevate our brand, some of our agents are using vertical designs and we needed something to accommodate both.
FPW: Who designs your folders?SM: Our amazing marketing director.
FPW: Do you know if your competition also employ the same type of folders?SM: Competitors do use presentation folders as well as other binding options.
